Situated on the south slope of the Slavkovský Forest Nature Reserve it is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel to local restaurants, shops, the casino and the town centre. This romantic Art Nouveau building dating back to the 18th century was converted into a stylish spa hotel in 2007. Accommodating no more than 25 guests at a time, we are able to offer exclusive hotel and spa stays with an individual approach.

The SwissHouse continues the rich tradition of spa care in Marianske Lazne, and strives to integrate the unique natural medicinal resources consisting of medicinal springs, unique natural gas CO2 and natural peat mud, with a careful selection alternative therapies. What awaits you is a professional yet homely atmosphere, stylish and modern facilities and many pleasant surprises.
Restaurant: Offers Czech and international cuisine, option of dietary or vegetarian meals, buffet style breakfasts, evening meals and lunches are served. Coffee shop / Bar: Offers lite refreshments with a selection of teas, wines, alcoholic / non alcoholic drinks.
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
No deposit will be charged.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 4.00 per day.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
