From Karlovy Vary there are several direct railway connections to Mariánské Lázně. The train runs through the picturesque valley of the river Teplá. By Car: - From Prague take the D5 motorway to Plzeň, Pilsen. - Continue through Plzeň towards Rozvadov. - Leave the motorway by exit number 128. - Continue along the 200 motorway to Planá u Mariánských Lázní. - By the crossing take motorway number 21 towards Chodová Planá. - By the crossing take motorway number 23, which leads directly to Mariánské Lázně. - From Karlovy Vary take highway E49 through Bečov nad Teplou. - Then take motorway number 24, which continues on to Mariánské Lázně.
